I needed a quick gift for a friend and Angie helped me pick out the perfect flowerpot!

The store was closing and they let me in to buy mealworm. It was a mealworm emergency and they didn't have tet me in, but they did and my birds and I are so thankful!

Katheryn, who was in training, was extremely helpful in answering my questions. She was also very helpful in locating a particular item I was looking for. She was very patient with a very pleasant demeanor.

The staff greeted me when i walked in the door. I found the merchandise I needed easily. I asked staff about new merchandise i never purchased before and they were helpful and provided their experiences. Cashier suggested a membership based on number of times I have been there and because of the promotion being run and what I purchased, the membership ended up almost paid for itself in this one trip which was great!

I walked in not knowing what I wanted and needed and Trish was very helpful explaining all the different feeders and bird food . She actually got me excited to purchase my feeder. She is so knowledgable .

New items for Xmas were available and staff was very friendly.

Great store with great people. Not sure if you received my first feedback. My husband and I enjoy shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited at Virginia Beach. We have been going there for several years. Brandon and Trish make us feel welcome as well as Mary and Angie. The store has everything. Angie and Mary are so enjoyable to talk with. They are full of great ideas.

My birds love your Supreme Birdseed, peanuts, and cylinders & I love your shop! Mary & Angie know I'm from The Eastern Shore and always make me feel like they've known me forever! If our grandson, Landon, is not with me when I visit, they always ask about him. It's a pleasure to visit.
