Angie was super helpful in my getting the correct accessories for my memorial wind chime. She made sure all of the parts would be compatible. Will definitely return to see her again.

The staff is always helpful and friendly and the store always has what I need. I always leave satisfied with my experience and purchase.

The representative was quick to help me find the specific bag of birdseed needed. When I needed two of a certain overhead protector, and there was only one of them, she went into the storeroom to see if there was a second. Finding that there wasn't a second, she arranged to call me when a new supply came in. Not only that, she was wonderfully pleasant throughout!

Needed sunflower chips. Looked around the store and saw a bird feeder and looked it over. Considered. Also liked the cat. Always like the store.

I LOVE this store/location, always have since it opened! I like the Chesapeake, VA location as well, but there are currently road construction issues that make the drive a bit difficult. The VB location has the BEST staff and has plenty room to roam and is always decorated well, especially for the holidays! Kathy was very helpful and I LOVE Angie, who is ALWAYS helpful and soo knowledgeable and has been with the store a LONG time, I love that! PLUS, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE being greeted by Luna, the resident Ragdoll cat <3 !! I'd return to the store just for her!

We found the bird feeder, the Eliminator, we wanted. We purchased the Eliminator Weather accessory thanks to our sales person Kathy. We learned a lot about bird seed from Kathy. I became a new member.

The quality of your products and the knowledge and friendly staff

I've been a customer of WBU, Hilltop, Virginia Beach, for a few years. Love the products and so do the wonderful species of birds I get to watch! Angie & all the staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Angie, one of the staff, always helps with the bird seed and peanut information. Told me why the black birds invaded the lawn in the spring, i.e., the farmers haven't seeded the fields yet. Helped with the type of sunflower seeds for my yard. This was late winter, and since then she knows me when I come in for more, always asks what birds I am getting, and always carries out the 20 lb bag of sunflower seeds. This time she game me info on the WBU seminar on binoculars/optics and invited me to the meet the author of Greta The Great Horned Owl book and to see a great horned owl. I am so pleased to have someone available to tell me how to get the birds in my yard taken care of and how to attract new birds as well. Other places sell seed but you don't get the freshest and correct type. Since I changed to sunflower seeds unshelled and instead of chips am using the whole seed. Alll this makes a difference. So I recommend to anyone I know who wants to get the birds to their yard. Angie is great! I am so happy to shop there.

I always feel welcomed every time I stop into this store. All of the staff makes my wife and I feel so welcomed every time we visit. The conversation is great and their knowledge of birds has helped me out countless times. I only buy my bird products at Wild Birds Unlimited and the friendly staff at this location is the reason I only frequent this Hilltop store.
