The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They will suggest certain products based on my buying trends. Store is clean and uncluttered as well.

I visit weekly for 5000 live mealworms for birds and skinks and it's always a friendly, helpful visit. I also like having knowledgeable people making suggestions on new products, the chopped no-mess blend for instance. I look forward to coming in, as well as visiting with Luna.

The staff at Hilltop location in Virginia Beach are always pleasant and helpful. Kathy helped me on this visit. Of the three WBU locations I have shopped at, Hilltop is by far my favorite.
