Staff is always very friendly, able to answer all questions, and very knowledgeable of the products. Appreciate the sales offered as I expand your products in our yard. The finch seed is excellent as my finches won't eat any other!

What's not to like? It is always a pleasure to shop at WBU. The staff are wonderful, helpful, and friendly, and even call me by name when I come in. I can count on the merchandise being what I need. Plus, my visits are not complete without my Luna fix! The additional service of carrying purchases, especially the heavy ones, out to the car is very appreciated. And while I am not often able to attend the extra events with special speakers that you have, I think it's a great way to continue to educate the public, and the ones that I have been able to come to have been wonderful. You guys are just the best - and I do tell my friends! Thank you!

the people are great, friendly, knowledgeable, always happy to see me, all know my name. I've learned a lot about birds and the critters in my yard, and have gotten help with bird rescues too. I've bee going there for many years and will continue.

Today I bought my second 20 lb shelled whole sunflower seeds. On my last visit I was told about the shelled and they were a tremendous hit with a variety of birds. I also get the whole peanuts in the shell here. This visit I asked about something to put on the window so birds wouldn't fly into the windows. Angie explained that what I bought last visit, that I thought were hard to see, were actually easily seen by the birds and demonstrated how. Very helpful. Angie also carried my bags to the car. A big help after rotator cuff surgery.
