Your products are of good quality, they hold up. We have a sneaky (we think!) raccoon that keeps stealing our suet cake holders... we're glad you keep these in stock.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The store always has the quality of food I'm looking for for my birds.

They had what I needed. My only concern is that this store is awfully small and overloaded with merchandise as compared to other WBU stores I have visited.

Nearly always has what I need & close by my house.

Honestly, it was wonderful. the store was adorable, the staff were friendly, and the cat made it amazing!! a lot of the prices were out of my price range, i wish i was able to buy more. but I also understand a lot of it is handmade or specifically made so you might not be able to adjust that.

The store is beautiful and the staff is friendly, helpful and even helped me to my car. Love shopping this store!
