This was my first time in the store and I was shocked at the prices. I have seen the same bird feeders at the tractor supply for about 25% less and I just moved here from ohio where the same bag of seed would be a few bucks less.

Would like more of a selection of bird baths and other outdoor related products for decoration.

only one salesperson in store, and I had to wait a few minutes for her to come out. She was on the phone with someone.

I only came in for the songbird buddy gift. Didn't look around or spend much time in store on this visit. But I absolutely love going to your store!

I was hoping the winter bird seed had some hot pepper seeds mixed in. There's alot of squirrels and rats around here.

The cashier was unpleasant, I was talking about my new hobby of bird watching and she basically cut me off and handed me my receipt and said goodbye while I was talking. No other customers in store, and I felt like someone with such a poor personality shouldn’t work in customer service. It was obvious she couldn’t of cared less about what I had to say. I will no longer go to wilbirds in vb, I will go to one in Chesapeake from now on even though it’s a 30 minute drive VS. 5 min to hilltop store in Virginia Beach.

Usually the employees are freindly and off to take out the heavy bags of seed to the car . The lady with the missing tooth has very little personality ( maybe she has sadness in her life ) She gave me my reciept and did nnot offer to help me try to lift the lg bag of seed . Finally a customre offered to get someone to help me lift the bag. The man came out from the back and put the seed in my car as is the normal service I get at the store. Perhaps the lady need a refresher course on trying to make the customer feel like we would want o come back to shop again . Thankyou for asking about my experience. Renee Jones

Dorothy S. was delightful. She caught the error from back in November and did her best to correct the error from the other lady that made the mistake. Just felt it could have been handled better.

I'm a long time customer - when I recently entered the store there were 2 clerks on duty - I know them both from the past. The clerk who waited on me was her usual courteous and helpful self. The other clerk and I had a little banter going about the cat that was sitting on the counter. I received a sarcastic remark to my opening comment then I realized the banter was not going well, I stopped the chit-chat and completed my purchase. When I left I made a general comment about not meaning to offend and that my comments were meant in good humor. Her reply indicated that she was offended and was giving it back to me. Your products are over priced but I am a long time customer because I perceive I am getting quality for my money. I felt I was treated rudely. So this unpleasant contact led me to look online for like products and I will pursue a particular vendor in the future. This is a prime example of a clerk with an attitude losing you a long time customer

Person at checkout told me to in loading zone because I told them how difficult it is to get a parking spot. I have lived in VB all my life and I have never seen cars park for long term in the loading zone. Yes, to run in and pick up something, but not for long term! She was insistant I could park there...there were NO cars parked there when I left. It is very difficult to find parking at this store.
