I have been a paying member for many years. Last year because of the pandemic my membership expired. I’m 76. Use oxygen. Only came in to get food for the winter. I was asked to renew. I said I didn’t think so because I was not able to use last year. If I had been given your measly discount I would have bought more I wasn’t given any incentive to renew. I came home and went on line and found several other places to buy safflower seed. I guess long time customers don’t mean anything. I am happy to take my business elsewhere.

I have twice bought premium seed now that has been filled with bugs. The seed is stored in sealed containers once opened. I have asked if there have been other concerns voiced and just asked again about my storage. There was obviously a problem with the stock that was not acknowledged. I renewed my membership this year and that was not recorded in the store's system. I provided input on both occasions when seed was defective. What I was able to receive was only 10# on my 20# purchase for the most recent purchase.

I don't remember saying I wasn't happy. Checkout took longer than I would have liked, but only because there was a very chatty lady taking the employee's time (but she was older and just clearly needed to talk), and you did not have one item I wanted in stock, but it wasn't too big of a deal. I found something else.

My experience in the store was quite pleasant concerning the service. the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. the store was clean, happy appearance and always happy to see the cat. Your survey is way too long, I will not take it again.

I became a WBU VB VIP Text member and was given a code to take to the store to receive a free gift. I needed bird seed (supreme) so I went to the store. The clerk (a woman with brown hair) told me I was wrong there was no such thing. She almost called me a liar. Another clerk came over and said I think we're out of those. The clerk with the brown hair than rang up my bird seed. What happened to the customer is always right. She then tried to give me a worm sock. When I explained I already had that she said there is nothing else and walked away. I am still angry at the way I was treated .

I purchased the seed celendar for blue birds. After it rained, it disentigrated and fell off. After complaining to the store basicly I was told , sorry for your luck. The sales person tried to sell me a dome and a sleeve to fit over the celandar. Why wasn't I told this when I purchased the product.

I was shocked to see a cat roaming the store this morning. I am highly allergic to cats (as many people are) and will never ever frequent this store again. The staff assured me they had just vacuumed the store, to which I informed them causes an even higher allergic reaction since the dander is now disturbed and kicked into the air. I was not in the store but 3 to 4 minutes, walked in, selected the feeder I needed and paid. In that time alone, my allergies kicked in and began respitory issues. I will follow up with a dissatisfied yelp review - Cats do not belong in a retail establishment.
