I am highly satisfied every time I visit this Rockford Illinois store. Friendly owner and staff. Always helpful, answering any questions I may have on products and birds. Their obvious love/respect of wildlife, the environment, and knowledge (especially on what's going on locally: events, migration, areas of interest, etc.) is appreciated. I trust them. I used to shop at Farm & Fleet, buying bulk to save money. I went to Wild Birds Unlimited to get a feeder the squirrels couldn't invade, and with their help I've learned more. So for several years, I buy everything, in the right quantities for the bird volume I have, and better/fresher for birds, and worth the extra spent. We are now retired, on a fixed income, but with the savings as a member, and the quality help and bird seed received, we will continue to buy from the Rockford store.
