The staff at this store are always smiling, and very helpful without being intrusive. I am allowed to browse as long as I wish, but when I ask for assistance, it is immediately given.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. They let me browse the store on my own but were available to answer all the questions I asked.

It came by USPS and was bubble wrapped so it would not crumble, plus plastic wrapped also. It was received earlier than predicted. Also this is the second one that I've purchased and our wild birds love it while also keeping the squirrels away.
