Staff is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about what is going on locally with the bird population. I love looking at the new merchandise that they add to the store during the different seasons.

I was hoping for more if a selection. I was sold the floor model without being asked if that was ok. While the staff was friendly, there seemed to be some confusion as to how exactly get the fountain up and running. There were no directions or box with directions and it took two phone calls to make sure we were setting it up right. They are not cheap and I really didn’t want to cut or do anything to jeopardize the fountain working.

I was satisfied with my Wild Birds Experience. A modest discount would have made it a Highly Satisfied experience.

When my order came there was only one cylinder in the box. Paper inside said there were 2. When I called the young girl did an excellent job and told me it would be sent right out. I received today. Wish it were the bigger size but the birds are enjoying.

We were very satisfied but we go away for part of the winter every year, so our next visit will likely not be until the Spring of 2023.

Was in and out within 5 minutes. Did not spend a lot of time in order to select highly satisfied
