the main item i went in for was a solar bird bath. While there were plenty on display, most of the ones I wanted to look at were on shelves out of my reach. I did not ask for assistance because it has been my experience in other establishments, once you ask for this type of assistance, staff tends to "hover" and I find that extremely annoying .

i HAD BOUGHT A VERY EXPENSIVE BIRDFEEDER FROM YOU THAT HAD A LIFE TIME WARRANTY A part had broken in it I brought it in to be fixed and was charged 15 dollars I was not expecting to be charged as I thought life time warranties meant free repairs

Very expensive

The prices are too high. I bought a small hot seed food cylinder and a hot suet cylinder. As I openee the seed cylinder, the seeds fell off the cylinder right away & the suet crumbled as I put it on the rod of the bird feeder.

I purchased Firey Feast hot pepper bird seed to keep the squirrels and chipmunks out. Even when mixing it 50/50 with the seed I use regularly, there are hardly any birds that will go near it. They just seem to hover near it and then fly away.

I wish the food was a bit cheaper. The quality is there, but it gets pricey... especially during the winter. Also, it’s a half hour ride from my house one way. So that adds to the cost. Free delivery would be fantastic.

Ran in for a feeder, you had one and i purchased it.

You ran out of the advertised gift boxes. Owner was very helpful suggesting substitute items. It is a splurge for me to purchase these quality products so I wanted my first choice.

I liked the experience, nothing different than a normal retail experience.

Merchandise was a bit expensive and I probably won't return to this store because it is in another state that we were visiting at the time. I probably will return to a different Wild Birds store.
