Simply put, it is the prices for the bird seed cylinders small and large ones. Plus the prices for the bags of bird seed seem quite high, which makes me look for other suppliers or companies that sell those items at a more reasonable price.

I am a remote customer in Vermont not likely to visit the store physically in New Hampshire. Inquired about how I use (1) 20% in-store coupon received and (2) how to obtain Bird Bucks earned redemption code as a remote customer? Waiting to hear back. Having purchased a Daily Savings Club membership expectation is I can enjoy the benefits of the program as a remote customer

It was fine, got what I needed. I’m just used to a much friendlier experience at my old WBU store. I gave this store a chance over the past year or so, and I will continue to come back, just not the weekly visits I made to my prior store.

Being part of the program( you pay for this annually and it gives you better prices and every now and again a ten dollar off coupon) I was expecting one of the beautiful calendars with my purchase for free. "too late, they're all gone" was what I was told by the people at the counter. I went away quite mad! (still am, actually) I spend enough money here throughout the year (for years now) that if you're going to give away free calendars to your 'members' MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH OF THEM!

Great selection. Very Clean and organized. The salesperson (Eva) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also extremely kind. She even helped me out to my vehicle with my purchases. I will look for her again!
