I really like how much they know about birds in general and about the bird situation in my neighborhood. I have been wondering why I'm not seeing many finches at my feeder lately when they were here in droves earlier, and they were able to tell me that it's not me, lots of people have noticed the same thing lately. Very different from buying bird seed at the hardware store or supermarket.
