Quality, availability, location, staff

Staff are very friendly and informative, willing to assist. I find the quality of your products to be excellent. I also enjoy the "extras" -- puzzles; books; napkins; decorations, etc. I look forward to driving to Burlington to visit your store.

I have been shopping at WBU for many years and have ALWAYS found this store to have what I need and even found items which I never even knew existed but were exceptional. The staff at my location (Burlington - Fairview) are simply the best!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is laid out in a way that items are easy to find! I would love to see them carry the spicy squirrel proof seed though
