Prices are a bit high despite being a member. Especially since I am driving from Hamilton mountain.

No bells for feeding. Was told they are only for Christmas, but our local Home Hardware carries them all year. Suet balls didn't have a lot of seeds in them. Again Home Hardware carry better ones.

Staff very friendly. Informative with what I was looking for. Loved the variety of bird feeders.

I never give the highest rating. Leaves something to strive for.

I am somewhat new to feeding wild birds and I tend to be quite methodical in terms of making my rounds and getting my chores done.I is really nothing to do with the store

I was overcharged on my order. I purchased a seed cylinder plus one on the clearance counter reduced by 50%. In addition I had a $10 reduction on my reward card. however on the 2 items I was given a $5 each reduction but didn't receive the 50% reduction on the clearance cylinder.

There was some problem with the computerized checkout, which took several minutes to resolve. This was not the fault of the staff, who were extremely apologetic and friendly. Given my previous experience at the store, this was an unusual and probably one-time issue.

I was highly satisfied with all the questions, I only buy my bird food from you👍
