When I came to your store it was 6:11pm and the doors were locked. I could see someone so I knocked on the door. They came and I said sorry I'm late but I come from NC and I shop this store when I visit my daughter. The sales person let me in and carried everything to the counter and then to my car. I really appreciated his help and willingness to go the extra mile.

Top notch customer service and very friendly folks always ready to assist. Store is always clean with ample wandering room and all merchandise nicely arranged.

Both employees were great at explaining and recommending products. I am new to this world, and they were very knowledgeable and excited to help me (and the birds!). I do wish there were more squirrel friendly products. It is hard to find nuts in shells these days.

Staff always greets you upon entering the store, asks to be of assistance without being pushy or hovering nearby. Also, pleasant ambience of the store and friendly staff.
