I am highly satisfied with the store, staff and merchandise. I am impressed with the customer support especially when a problem with a piece of equipment occurs, the items were repaired or replace without question. I do find the prices a bit high and I am conscious of how much I am spending each visit. I feel I would ultimately spend more if, for instance the bird seed was 20% cheaper. In the end I return because of the customer service I feel I am supporting a local business and WBU stands behind their merchandise. I also feel the items (feeders and seed primarily) are of high quality many made in the USA. Not to beat a dead horse but price is becoming a factor and I am a WBU member.

Love the store but it’s too expensive to purchase all my wild bird products here all the time. It’s a fun trip on occasion but I can’t afford to be a frequent shopper.

While I found the store and merchandise displays satisfactory, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable, I found the prices to be extremely high. If one can afford your prices, I am sure the merchandise and help is great. I cannot spend that much money on a hobby. I cannot afford to pay your prices for bird food.
