Sometimes I think the prices for certain items are a little high compared to other shopping opportunities in the area. Particularly some of the bird houses.

My order was neither online or by phone. I was shopping in your store. We always come in and pick it up ourselves. Employees are always helpful and never have had a problem!

It was a brief visit, I was not helped by staff until time of purchase at cash register.

I found the store hard to navigate. As a novice birder I would have welcomed a “how to start” feature, or some indication of different areas of focus. The staff was helpful but I am mentally juggling what they are telling me, what I am interested in, do I know what I am interested in, and so on.

As a club member, I feel I should receive the special price off my cost, not regular retail.

I think the prices are a little high but other than that, I had no problem and the person who helped me did a fine job. I don't have any complaints.

The pole system I have has apparently been discontinued. I need a replacement part as the pole was broke by a bear. I did not pursue this with the associate in the store because I was busy talking with her about the broke feeder and the purchase I made. I just assumed it was pointless. I’d really like to know if there is anyway I can get a replacement.
