My daughter came in to pick up something for me, she gave them my name at checkout for our discount, discount was not given. I called the store, the only way to resolve it was for us to come back to the store with the merchandise to have it ring up again. We live 20 minutes away. A lot of hassle. The second time we were in, cashier was very pleasant. 1st time, not so much.

The item I ordered online did. Or meet expectation of what was perceived advertised online
