I love this store; Lisa (the manager, I believe) is always so nice. I've been to other stores (which I'm also a member); however, the staff aren't as nice as they are at the Chesapeake, VA store.

You had what I wanted, I picked it off the shelf, went to the counter and paid for it. Hopefully the birds are happy and the squirrels are not.

They always answer my questions, help me out as much as possible , are pleasant, friendly and accommodating. They always offer to carry large bags to the car for me.

I came in to the store to pick up bird seed and he was squirrel problem solving with me regarding my pole system setup. The owner even put the bag up on the counter for me, but then my toddler had a meltdown so we had to run out of the store without purchasing. When I got home, I placed my order to get it shipped. They wrote a little note and drew me a picture. It’s the little things :)

The product I wanted was available, and SO much more. My checkout was friendly, fast and I bought an extra product based on the helpful and knowledgeable information given by the woman helping us during our visit.
