I really enjoy just going in and looking around at the new store and all of the new things you have added. Everyone is knowledgeable, not just about birds, but other nature questions one might have. Friendly!

Love the product selection, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Convenient location and parking.

The associate who assisted me was very knowledgeable, polite, and recommended a variety of items without being pushy. Store was clean and very pleasant with bird sounds and live stream into the Managers backyard to see all the birds. The associate even helped me carry things to my car!
