The seed at this store is top quality. I’ve never had a bird complain!! They do sit and wonder why the feeder is empty however.😁 The staff is wonderful- they assume they will carry your seed to the car so I didn’t have to feel bad needing to ask after a back injury. They are all knowledgeable about their products. I’m always excited to share the most recent visitor to the feeder and they are eager to hear. It’s also fun to visit with the cat ( who’s name I have forgotten- I’m sorry!) only adding a coffee bar would make the experience sublime.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I know I am purchasing high quality food for the birds and I enjoy seeing what new feeding options are available. I also love the member specials

Lisa is so helpful and knowledgeable. She always has a smile so even if your day is not going well she makes it better.

Quick and uncomplicated

Love this store and the owner Brandon is so helpful and nice. He always carries my seed out to my car for me as I usually buy three or four bags. Some really nice things in the store and a real variety of items

I feel like family every time I enter any WBU store. Staff are so helpful and actually listen to my needs or wants. I have happy birds and never any leftover birdseed products as I used to when shopping other general merchandise stores. Staff are all knowledgeable with suggestions to questions I may have. It's a joy to browse just to see what's new.
