Staff was knowledgeable and helped me to understand how to best use the product.

Whenever I have visited this delightful shop even when you were over by the Hallmark store I always bring my granddaughters or a granddaughter and we always leave learning something new. the best part there is a personal connection and Newt the cat is always a delight for my granddaughters and I. I very much support your store and you have a very knowledgeable staff member I believe her name was Catherine that talked to us about the option of another type of bird feeder and because she was attentive the hearing our challenge of a squirrels in our area she suggested something that I look forward to buying in my next visit. She was extremely knowledgeable kind and very educational and took the time to teach my little granddaughter. One of the things that I did not notice in the new store set up where the sounds of birds and a video of the owners multiple bird feeders at their home. I will continue to support you and your shop even though others have informed me there are other places to go to for the same items at a lesser price. We always try to make it to your special events with the owls and anything else I can teach us.
