We feel like good friends at WBU Chesapeake. Everyone knows us by name and we are treated like family. There is always something I "have" to have. Thanks to Brandon, Trish and all who work at WBU!

It’s such a pleasant experience coming in and talking about birds and nature. The woman I talked with, I’m sorry I don’t know her name and I’ve chatted with her before, is always so friendly and helpful. She genuinely enjoys being there and sharing her knowledge. Brandon is always helpful too when I need something.

WBU is one of my favorite stores. I love the beautiful displays, gifts, novelty merchandise that you can't get at other stores. Wish I could buy everything. Makes my birding much more enjoyable. I've learned quite a bit from the staff.

I haven't been to Chesapeake in a long while. Anne met my daughter and I at the door to greet and assist us. (wheelchair customer). I had two feeders in need of a little repair. They were promptly back in tip top shape and we found all products we needed.

Excellent service and great patience even with my 3 year old with me. I will be back and will likely be back with my 3 year old again, too. Really appreciate the care and time and I'm than happy to support a local small business (I am a business owner, too)

The new store location is larger and more spacious making it easier to peruse the merchandise. Employee who helped me was perfect!
