I am unable to shop much as I am a caregiver for my son. Otherwise, I might not be able to continue providing food for the wildlife around me.

I brought in a broken feeder part, it was fixed quickly.

I like the staff, the knowledge they offer, the willingness to help, the courtesy and friendliness of everyone if the store that I come into contact with. The owner(s) makes an effort to know his customers personally, that counts for a lot. High quality product, our birds love it.

Everyone is knowledgable about the products. Friendliness. However, I may only do pickup for now because I feel that staff should be masked. You have many customers who are older and do not need to exposed.
