My husband was home during delivery and he said the seed was delivered very nicely in a box and placed on the front porch without any incident....very satisfied with the delivery approach as it saves time going to the store.

I like the owners, staff, and products. Everyone there is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and are willing to take time to address any request or question. Example, I needed information on which screw-size to buy for a birdhouse I bought at Wild Birds, and a staff member took time to go in back to search for 4 appropriate size wood screws, saving me a trip to the hardware store to buy four little screws. This is the extra mile that the staff goes to, and will keep me coming back.

I appreciate Brandon knowing his customers (not just us - almost everyone who comes in) and his being genuinely interested in helping people with their birding hobby. He loves what he does and we are happy for his and his family's success.
