Staff is always welcoming and very knowledgeable about birding.

Almost as good as being in the store. I love going to the store for the experience, seeing the new products and the friendly and ever helpful staff.

We went in there with very little knowledge of what we wanted, other than wanting to attract birds to our backyard. The staff was excellent in describing the pros and cons of the various feeders and seeds available. He really helped us find just the right items.

We recently moved to a new area and wanted to find out about local bird care. The store personal were helpful, suggested various foods and feeders and even recommended a book to help identify the local bird population

The staff is great and treats you like family. Very knowledgeable of the merchandise and takes good care of the store and customers.

Very good quality of seeds,. Brought to my car quickly. Always enjoy visiting the store and seeing what new things are available.

It's just a great little store!

I like the products and the knowledge of the staff. They all know about birds and can answer my questions. They are very helpful. My only concern is that when I was there this past week, there were too many people in the store. I was bumping into people.
