The owners and staff of this location have always been friendly, helpful and overall just super nice.

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I advised the associate of my situation. She understood, then asked me if I thought a bird bath would work. I thought for a moment then decided lets try it. When I got home and set items up it worked better than I anticipated. I tried to email a picture but was unable to send it.

Customer service was outstanding.

Ms. Ann(e) was the associate who helped me with my order. I have been assisted by her frequently. She ALWAYS has a smile and is very pleasant to chat with, as well. She is very willing to do the extra "what ever the customer needs", as well. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the products, she knows, seemingly, all about birds, and is eager to share her knowledge. Somehow, she manages to make me feel not only a valued customer, but a friend, as well. I have no doubt that ALL of her customers feel the same as I do about Ms. Ann. Thank you!

Good Quality product, great customer service

The box was packed well, but it was too heavy for me to carry. It contained two 20lb bags of bird seed and some other items. I could not bring the box inside off of the porch, so I had to open it and bring the items in one at a time. Perhaps you could limit the weight of the box to 25-30lbs. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the order! I was glad to take advantage of the sale.
