The folks working there were pleasant and knowledgeable. The best part is that the pole parts that I purchased solved the problem!!

The staff was very knowledgeable. The staff was very courteous, welcoming, and customer-service oriented. Most of all, the staff made me feel like a part of the Wild Birds Unlimited (WBU) family. WBU is my "go-to" store when shopping for products that enhance my passion for attracting and feeding birds.

I purchased birdseed. I feel the birds prefer these bird seeds over less expensive Amazon purchase brands. The staff also answered questions I had about bird baths.

Everybody there is so wonderful. I often shop there with my mother. And we are both treated with kindness. When we go In the staff always remembers us which is a nice touch.

The lady I spoke to was Ann, and she helped me understand much more about the feeding of hummingbirds. I am so looking forward to putting in new plants next season and enjoying the benefits of our new feeder. I was able to pay for my order by phone and it was ready for me when I arrived. There was a display of metal bird cutouts and I chose quite a few. One bird in particular that I wanted was not available except for the "model" bird that was screwed in place in the display. The saleswoman did not hesitate to unscrew it for me so I could buy it. Thanks so much for that!!!

I have been shopping at this store long before new owners took over. A very easy transition. The staff has always been very helpful and gracious. Afamily ownership which makes it very special to visit. even with 3 stores they always have a smile and comunicate about the family, it has been fun to see children grow and the store makes you feel like a its a neighborhood store!!

I can always get what I what without making another trip. I like the cat!
