Several months ago, Kimberly in this store helped me select a feeder, and it's worked like a charm. A few days ago, while checking out, the cashier explained the daily savings club, and I signed up. Have put that of for years, but it seems like a good deal. I also received a sock-type mealworm feeder for free. Great customer service.

The staff and the owner Brandon, are always professional and extremely helpful with anything I need to pickup. They readily, without hesitation, fixed my old broken tube feeder that I had bought from WBU few years ago, replacing a latch spring. They are always friendly and absolutely knowledgeable about every product they have or can order for me. They are very careful and exercise great cautions from the covid virus! I wish every retail store I visit were as proficient and helpful as the people in this store are with each and every visit. Deeply grateful to have them in my city of Chesapeake.

Brandon is truly amazing and the employees of this store always have superior customer service. I had been looking for a product that wasn't on display. They found it in the back and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for (for my birthday present to myself). The family atmosphere makes it a JOY to shop here.
