Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can always find what I’m looking for and things that I didn’t know I should be looking for.

This store offers the best products. The staff is awesome. Their product knowledge is exceptional.

I was very satisfied with this store due to the knowledge of the staff. I came in not sure what I was really looking for but knowing I wanted to attract more birds to my backyard. Specifically I wanted to see bluebirds! The staff helped me pick the right products for my mission. I now have a pair of bluebirds living in my backyard!

The staff is very personable and treats me like a friend, they always remember my name. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and have helpful recommendations tailored to meet my specific backyard needs or problems. It is always a pleasant experience coming to this store.

I always receive a personal greeting (by name) and assistance as needed. Brandon and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always help me get the best bird food and equipment based on the season. Another personal touch is how a staff member always carries my seed to my vehicle.

This store is always fabulously clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Brandon has been my go-to bird guy and has facilitated so many great events at the store. He displays live views of his home feeders in the store and really knows the products 100%!

The owners and staff are always very friendly. I have been a customer at this WBU for years and these owners put the previous ones to shame. The store now has everything an outdoors person could want for their backyard. Love this store!!
