My go to bird store. Brandon, the manager, and the rest of his staff are very friendly and helpful. I always find what I am looking for. Extra things, i.e. feeders and special items like decorative items are great and some very unusual.

The saleswoman was so friendly and knowledable about what I needed and wanted. She spent time and effort wit us. A deligtful visit because of her.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Able to answer all of our questions and gave great recommendations! WBU merchandise is extremely good quality. We're very pleased with the recycled plastic material. Easy to clean and the birds seem to love it. Very well done!

I've been a customer of WBU #180 for over six years. The knowledge of the staff, combined with the quality of products is outstanding. On this particular visit, Brandon was very helpful in helping me choose a Finch Feeder; I've never had one before.

I have been going to this store for years many prior to this owner. This group always have the customer's best interest as priority. The staff; from the owner, Brandon to employees, like Ann and Tyler and all that have ever helped me that I can't recall all their names, have always made me feel part of their family. The store always has new things to see which keeps it a new experience with each visit. Someone is always available to answer a question or offer suggestions no matter how busy. The educational events from bats to butterflies are so informative. Keep up the good work. I Love Wild Birds Unlimited !!!

There was a demo going on that day that blocked access to some seeds I wanted to buy and the owner went out of his way to go to the back entrance, grab some seed bags and bring them outside and around to the front of the store for me. Excellent service!
