My feeder poll broke this morning. So I decided to get a new one from WBU after reading how awesome your system is. In the store we spoke with Brandon who helped me get my perfect system; including a new feeder I wanted. Brandon was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience wonderful.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure I receive everything I need and want. Always a joy to visit there!

Always great customer service. Very quickly repaired a broken feeder I am handicapped and they ALWAYS carry my purchases to my car.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to a question I have, they will find the answer. The quality of my live meal worms to feed the blue birds is always fresh and lasts a long time in my refrigerator. I like the special guests brought in periodically, i.e., owls, bee keeper.

I am always highly satisfied when I go to any of the WBU in my area. The staff greet me and offer assistance. I was purchasing sunflower chips and the staff member mentioned the size of the chips and I had not really noticed this before but I learned that the finches need the smaller chips. I always learn new things from my visits to WBU
