Wild Birds Unlimited

The current owners have made some very positive changes. This store has such a happy feel!! Staff always greet you with a smile (and sometimes a hug) and most know you by name. They carry items to your car. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and about birds. They seemed truly concerned that you are satisfied with their products - they even fix them for free, if needed. I used to HATE to fight traffic to get to this shopping center, but now it's the highlight of my week.

I walk in and was greeted as soon as i walked in. The employ was telling me all about wild bird unlimited and there product. hey asked me if I had any question on what i was getting and they explained how to use it and clean it Very good customer services and they know the products

I've been a WBU customer for over 20 years. The store has always been a great source of quality merchandise and bird feed. Even after the transition of ownership the staff and newer owners have been very friendly and great with assistance and suggestions when asked about solving issues or making a decision on buying a new item. It has been a pleasure being a long time customer with this store.

WBU is a locally run operation that is top notch. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They use and are very familiar with the merchandise. Always feel they are just a phone call away if any help is needed! Fantastic location!!

I have been shopping WBU for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with my experiences there. Since Brandon and Trisha have taken over, there is a new atmosphere there of excitement and commitment to the customers. I shop the Chesapeake store, and Ann and Tyler are always there to answer my questions and suggest options if I'm having a problem. LOVE WBU!!

i came to WBU to get a couple bags of bird food as i do as needed. i wandered to the blue bird house area and the saleswoman met me there. I couldn't believe how knowledgable she was about Blue Birds and the set of a house for them. she also had information of native flowers for my gardens to support the habitat. She answered all of my questions in detail and with great enthusiasm. Its a please to go to a store that has everything I need and staff that can answer all of my questions. Of course I bought the whole set up. lol. I can't thank you enough

I love the outdoor and bird merchandize is this store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a lovely store with garden flags, wind chimes and wonderful leather accessories . Love, Love, Love.

Have been shopping at this store for quite some time now. Brandon is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! We enjoy visiting this store to shop, watch Brandon's birds on his home camera and hear his words of wisdom! Thank you Brandon!
