As a customer, “Highly Satisfied” means something more than good customer service (which is to be expected.) Highly satisfied results in the “Wow! Factor”, with the customer leaving the store with a story to tell others.

I'm disappointed because some products were discontinued. Also, it was recommended to use a product with a type of feed and it didn't work very well.

I was satisfied with the experience, but to reach “highly” satisfied, there must be a “Wow!” factor that exceeds a customer’s expectations and leaves the customer talking about their experience. Excellence in customer satisfaction takes work, awareness and is much more than being friendly. (Not being critical, but hopefully helpful here. My career forte is in customer service and satisfaction.)

Website knew I was a member and showed member price when shopping but on checkout showed the nonmember price before showing total. I realize the 25% off was off the nonmember price and that as a member I only got an additional 10% off but I still found it off putting to see the non member price and then the discount. It caused me to check and double check the math and also made me distrustful of the site

I love the varieties of sizes of feed. Fits my budget when it changes so the birds have something. Saw a new design for the feeder that keeps bigger birds from landing. Liked it a lot. Might buy it next spring

I'm always excited to go to store! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful always. I do feel products are good save for feeders, little high priced. But I do spoil the birds in my yard no doubt
