I was satisfied because I ordered Friday online for pickup and didn't know the order wouldnt be ready until Monday. I went in and even though I was unexpected, they packed my order right then and I was on my way.

I have been to other locations and I love WBU. This was the first time we went to this location and the staff were over the top nice. Our family loves birds, and the staff was SO helpful. I can’t wait to go back.

Loved the new merchandise. The price for the beaded hummingbirds was around 14 dollars. On amazon, they are 17 dollars. Bright and happy place! I hope you all stay in business a LONG TIME.

The lovely lady who waited on us was so fun & attentive. Other than supply chain problems for not having one thing I wanted there was lots of fun things to look at & buy!
