The store does not offer promotions that the other WBU stores do offer and your merchandise is very expensive. We buy it at other stores.

I WILL NEVER FORGET the way I was treated when I came in wearing a mask after the "scare" of COVID had diminished at one point in the pandemic ordeal post the 2020 shutdown. The person who helped me was rude to the point that I almost walked out. She kept saying she couldn't understand me (I am a public speaker and project just fine), while she stood there without a mask on, even though the pandemic was not over and she had no idea what health issues I was dealing with. I'm not your only customer who was nonplussed with your less-than-safe attitude toward customers during that time. I support local small businesses (no matter what party affiliation) and I appreciate the (normal) quality service and products you provide. Still, I haven't forgotten and I do think less of you and trust you less than before.
