Didn’t have bird food I use, first time n 8 years!

Product missing

The store does not carry suet plugs even though I had requested.

They moved the bags of seed to the back of the store behind other merchandise, not a big deal,

I purchased a children’s bird book. Price sticker was 18.99. However, bc it’s a gift I removed the price tag to discover the recommended price was only $13.95! I know I lay a lot for bird food there, but an extra $5 for a tiny book….that’s robbery.

They have not had the product in that I needed. They told me they were having issues getting product in. I understand their situation under the current circumstances with the shipping and supply difficulties throughout the United States.

Your prices are on the high side and I don't like the policy of having to pay an annual fee to get a better price.

The prices have now reached a point of no return for me. You have a quality product but need cheaper options

Need more bird books on ID and feeding. Staff needs more wducation x 100
