Clerk not very willing to help. Prices very high. No coupons or promotions. Store in hill country had monthly specials.

I went in because of the 20% off coupon and no where did the coupon say bird food wasn’t included. But the staff was quick to tell me it was not. That email coupon was deceiving.

Clerk was unfriendly and rude. Also, I was disappointed that my membership at the pearland store was not honored at the woodland store.

I have made several trips to the store to purchase the hot pepper cylinders and you are always out. You have plenty of feeders but can't seem to control your feed inventory. And the clerk tried to insult my intelligence by trying to sell me something I did not come in for. Don't waste my money on a product you are pushing because you don't have what I came for. Also I always get coupons via mail and e mail from Barker Cypress store and I am not a member there. Why doesn't your store do that?
