I'm experiencing a problem at my house because of feeding birds and the sales person looked up something on the internet and really went out of his way to try and help me work around the problem. He was so helpful. I haven't done what he suggested yet, but I am going to in the future.

People working on the floor offering assistance. Friendly and helpful. Came in for two items. Wanted a cardinal Christmas ornament and seed for my bird friends. Found two ornaments, both 50% off, before Christmas. Both are prominently displayed on our tree. You have to love that! And bought seed. Got a welcome to our store gift bag & signed up for membership. I’ll certainly be back.

Birdbuddy attachment not available so I appreciated the substitute offered to me which is working great.

Kindred spirit with the passion for our feathered friends. Sharing thoughts and their expertise on taking care of our birds through the winter months. Very helpful with holiday gift giving options as well

The staff in Frankin are always personable and professional, and I appreciate their knowledge and willingness to help answer and/or to brainstom solutions to backyard bird feeding challenges I may encounter. There are always interesting and new items to see. It would be wonderful if more items were made by local artists. I appreciate the quality of the food, in general..I am wondering if recipes have changed for certain items as the birds do not seem to be as excited about, for example, the Fiery feast; moreover, it seems there are less peanuts in the bag than there were last year. Lastly, it's obvious that staffmembers love birds- it seems more than just a job to them. I appreciate that.
