Chris was an exceptional help to me. He had deep knowledge of products, and bird habits. He offered [better] alternatives to choices i made due to my not knowing the breadth and depth of your offerings.

The staff were very happy, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me find the right products for the right situations (critter pests attacking my feeders) and how to use and care for my new feeder. The store is very clean and well organized so it is fun and easy to look arounI would love to buy one of everything. LOVE THIS STORE!!!!

pleasant staff, live feeding video on wall. The birds seem to flock to feeder...No complaints. staff helps put the feed in trunk of car.

It's a great store. It's fun to look at all of the products and chat with the friendly and knowledgeable people who work there. I always find a nice gift to give to bird-loving family members and friends. It's a trip I look forward to!
