Everything. Christmas displays were up and looking beautiful.

I went in with questions about how to attract more diverse birds to my feeders. Chris came up to me and asked if I had questions. He was incredibly kind, and helped me pick out some new seed and set up a new membership. I had my 3 year old with me so he even offered to carry my stuff to my car! For someone who is accustomed to feeling invisible out in public, I was shocked and heartened to have an interaction like that. So thank you Chris, for making me feel like you genuinely enjoyed helping me and talking with me. I will definitely be back.

The store itself is a pleasure to browse and to shop in. The merchandise is high-quality, nicely organized and beautifully laid out. The selection is tremendous! Members discount, sales, and bird bucks all help to make shopping more reasonable. The staff is always friendly and cheerful.
