I needed help with choosing a baffle to protect my brome feeders from the weather and instead of selling me anything, I was shown a feeder like my own and shown that it wasn’t going to work. Instead of making a sale for the sake of a sale, I was persuaded NOT to buy a baffle. Instead I bought a perfect bird bath. Everyone was helpful and very friendly and welcoming.

I am always amazed at how quickly the orders are delivered. It is the right order and frequently I get it the day after I place the order online. I made a special request to have the bags of seed placed in a large can to protect them from the chipmunks that like to take a share of the seed and that was done carefully.
