The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The store is very clean and well-organized. There is a lot of merchandise to look at/shop.

The employees are awesome and the store is lovely inside. Neat and lots of selection! I love the big wind chimes and no one yells at me for giving them a pull :) such a nice sound

They always have the seeds I need and are willing to deliver to me. It's quite a drive from my house so it's important that they deliver.

Great products! Also, the delivery service is a real benefit. I would have a tough time bringing in the two 20lb bags of no mess blend and two 9ib bags of fiery mix from my car if I picked up the bird food at the store. The delivery is always quick..one to max three days and the bags are left right at my garage door where I can place them on a hand truck. If it rains the delivery is covered with plastic. Great service. The birds and “party crasher” squirrels, raccoons, deer, fox and turkeys thank you too!

Very friendly owners and we were surprised by the welcome gift as it was our first visit. Very nice touch.

Staff was very helpful with ideas to deter a raccoon from eating my birdseed. I never feel rushed when in the store.

The staff members who answered our questions were knowledgeable and very kind (and had a great sense of humor). They offered their assistance and did not make us feel like we had to purchase anything for their insight. Made us want to buy more.
