Staff person that helped us was great. The store is not to far away from me. Merchandise is always fresh.

Just became a bird watcher and was looking for my first birding binoculars. after trying out several pairs, I found the one that best suited me and my needs. I was also looking to attract Blue Birds to my backyard and recieved some great help an ideas to help make that happen.

My experiences shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited in Franklin are consistently positive and helpful. The expertise of the staff is always helpful and adds to my enjoyment of feeding the birds. The quality of the seeds, feeders, and other items is excellent. They stand by the products sold. Shopping in the store is fun and a high point to my day. I don't buy my seed anywhere else. The Bird Bucks are a great incentive and way to get more in addition to the seed discounts that membership brings.

I usually am restocking my bird feeder needs when I come in but I love the space. Colourful bird everything. Gift idea's. Wish list ideas for my family. The store is clean. The staff very available to help but not overly attentive. Friendly smiling staff. Helpful-watching to see how they can carry or help with a purchase or question.
