It’s a charming store with great staff, products & even a resident cat!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. However I am disappointed that the bird feeder although beautiful doesn't attract any birds. We have yet to see a bird land on it. May be returning this item in next couple of days.

The owners and their staff are always pleasant and very helpful. It is a joy to shop in their store.

The gentleman who owns the store greeted me and asked questions to determine my needs. He explained to me the quality of the bird food and introduced me to the awards program. I work with the public. By staying engaged with the employee( I failed to get his name) He knew where to guide me and showed me the best possible deal. People generally are in a rush or are afraid of what we are selling. By having a relaxing conversation, I learned much more.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was super customer service oriented. For example, he carried the shopping bag and bag of birdseed to my car.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.
