I knew exactly what I needed and simply picked it up & Checked out...The store staff was very helpful and I enjoy that they carry the product to my car. I know there is something about this because I also by product in Va Beach...

The experience and products are the same as in the past. However, the price increase in the last month is ridiculous. Even with a discount the price for 3 items was over $100. That is a 20 or 30 $ increase. And I bet all 3 were bagged many months ago. I expect this kind of price gouging from Exxon or Shell, but for bird seed ? Maybe it was to cover salaries, but the staff I saw were all new.

Knowledge staff helped me begin my new hobby, bird watching. All my questions were answered and more. They were friendly, but not pushy, helpful, but not "trying to over sell me." I left very pleased with the experience, my purchases, and the feeling like I was well prepared to be successful with this new hobby.
