I like the store the hotchips

I’d been given a feeder by a friend who was moving, but knew little about it or birds. On a whim, I stopped by the store. They offered to contact the distributor to obtain a new part for the feeder (it was broken), recommended appropriate feed for a second feeder I had, and were pleasant and informative without being patronizing. I feel like the store is a gem that I’ve been lucky to discover and I believe that their professionalism and friendliness have led to the birth of a new hobby for me.
