I love to go to the WBU store. Great products for our birds, fun décor items, and they always have all the items I came in for. Very friendly team and always helpful with getting all my shopping to my car.

Always enjoy speaking with the staff. Kai is always very helpful and personable, and we typically exchange good-natured banter (Me: "And the total is?" She: "One million dollars" Me: "Somehow I knew that") such that I hope she gets a smile out of the transaction as well.

Staff is always cheerful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They're eager to explain anything, answer questions and help find something. Our visits are always enjoyable. We always plan our visit and know that we usually don't make it quick. There're always great items to browse and/or take home then or later. (Sometimes a gift has to be purchased in a return solo visit.)
