They are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and accommodating.

In am always satisfied as in prior surveys. I am not satisfied with the survey. I went to the store, picked up my usual stuff, and was treated as kindly and efficiently as always. The second survey question asked if I ordered on line or by phone. I did neither of the 2 options given, making me have to choose which of the subsequent questions was the least of a lie, since they did not apply to my experience.

I always enjoy seeing the variety of feeders & gifts. Very high quality of seed, but expnsive.

So many reasons that I am highly satisfied! The owners and staff are all very knowledgeable about birds and about all of their merchandise, being birders themselves. They are always friendly, very helpful, courteous, and supportive. Their goods are beautifully displayed--my favorite store to visit! They have helped me several times with a whole range of questions, such as how to attract certain species, where and how birds roost in the winter, how to maintain, clean, and repair the feeders and use other equipment, explaining how the various binoculars work, and much more. Just great people. They make it all so enjoyable!

The gentleman that delivered the order that I had placed for my elderly mother, called me within 2 hours to tell me it had been delivered, and to caution me about the hot powder in the seed. Exceptional service! I have been singing his praises. THIS is why I shop small. Thank you!
